At ArtVersal, we stand behind everything we make and sell. Please read our return policy carefully, as it varies by product type.

Art Supplies We accept returns on unopened, unused art supplies within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you. Opened or used supplies are not eligible for return unless defective.

Stickers All sticker sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless items arrive damaged or incorrect.

Handmade Amigurumi Plushies Each plushie is handmade and one-of-a-kind. All sales are final. If your plushie arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll work with you on a resolution.

Printify Products (Apparel, Merchandise & Print-on-Demand) We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom-printed, or made-to-order items unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery with a photo. Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at no charge. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Spocket Products Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

How to Request a Return contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We'll respond within 3 business days.

Refund Method Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
